Setting a long-term vision and launching a medium-term management strategy (FY2025-FY2027)
We set a long-term vision and launched the medium-term management strategy for the three years from FY2025 to FY2027.
In June 2025, we celebrated our 90th anniversary of the founding of the company, and we would like to express our gratitude to all stakeholders and aim for sustainable growth of our business and further improvement of our corporate value to approach to our 100th anniversary.
As we work to achieve the goals of this medium-term management strategy and continue to step up thereafter, we ask for your continued support.
Overview of Long-Term Vision
We set the following long-term vision, envisioning where we want to be in 2035, the 100th anniversary of our founding.
The Nihon Seiko Group aims to be a corporate group that continues to take on new challenges through manufacturing.
- We continue to focus on unique technology and high added value, and take on global expansion.
- We enhance our human capital and develop human resources who aim for higher hurdles.
- We work to contribute to society and realize a circular economy.
Financial target is ROE of 10% or more stably.
