Our group consists of Nihon Seiko Co., Ltd. and two consolidated subsidiaries, Nippon Atomized Metal Powders Coporation and Nihon Seiko(Shanghai) Co., Ltd..
We have following three business segments, Antimony business, Atomized Metal Powder business and Other business.
Antimony business
- Manufacturing and sales of Antimony products
Antimony trioxide, Special treatment antimony trioxide (Masterbatches, Wet Type, Water Dispersion Type), to be used as flame retardant additive for plastics and rubber, and as polyester polymerization catalyst. Antimony trisulfide, to be used as solid lubricant in brake pads.
Sodium antimonate, to be used as flame retardant additive for engineering plastics.
Antimony metal, to be used for various alloys and as raw materials for semiconductor. - Sales of Complex Type Flame-retardant, Metal Powder and etc.
- Sales of Antimony products in China by Nihon Seiko(Shanghai)
Atomized Metal Powder business by Nippon Atomized Metal Powders Corporation
- Copper and Silver and Precious metal powders to be used for conductive paste for electronic device (MLCC, Inductor , LTCC etc.).
- Soft magnetic alloy powders, to be used for powder inductor of power supply
(DC-DC converter etc.). - Bronze and brass powders to be used for bearing of motor and car parts.
What is "water atomization"?
It is a method for producing metal powders to comminute and quench molten metal instantaneously by using high pressure water.
This method provides us with flexible controls for components, shape, apparent density, particle size and other factors of powders.
We established this unique and unrivaled atomization control technology based on the know-how acquired through our operations for many years.
